Zdravje je temelj našega življenja in ključno za vse, kar počnemo. A ohranjanje zdravja ne pomeni le izogibanja boleznim – gre za aktiven pristop k skrbi zase. V tej kategoriji bomo raziskovali vse od zdrave prehrane, pomena spanca in gibanja do preprostih načinov za zmanjševanje stresa. Poudarili bomo tudi preventivo in naravne pristope, da boste lahko živeli polno, brez omejitev, ki jih prinašajo zdravstvene težave.

Zdravje

  • Matcha je posebna vrsta zelenega čaja, ki izvira iz Japonske in je zadnja leta postala svetovna uspešnica med ljubitelji zdravega načina življenja. Znan je po svoji živahni zeleni barvi, značilnem okusu ter bogati vsebnosti antioksidantov. V nadaljevanju so predstavljene glavne značilnosti, koristi ter najnovejše ugotovitve o matchi.

  • Maca (Lepidium meyenii) je gomoljasta rastlina, ki raste v visokogorskih predelih Peruja, tradicionalno pa se že stoletja uporablja kot vir energije in kot podpora pri plodnosti ter splošni vitalnosti. V zadnjih desetletjih je maca postala priljubljeno prehransko dopolnilo tudi v zahodnem svetu, predvsem zaradi adaptogenih lastnosti in potencialnega vpliva na hormonsko ravnovesje.
