Povi\u0161anje trigliceridov in nastanek majhno-gostih LDL-delcev<\/b><\/p><ul><li><strong>Kaj se zgodi:<\/strong> Ko zau\u017eijemo ve\u010d sladkorja, kot ga telo potrebuje, jetra pogosto pretvorijo odve\u010dni sladkor v trigliceride.<\/li><li><strong>Zakaj je to te\u017eava:<\/strong> Povi\u0161ani trigliceridi so povezani z rastjo \u201cmajhno-gostih\u201d LDL-delcev, ki \u0161e la\u017eje prodirajo v stene \u017eil, povzro\u010dajo vnetje in tvorijo ateroskleroti\u010dne obloge.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2.
